Training and Qualifications:
Born in the United Kingdom, Dr. Singh has completed medical training and practiced both internationally in London and locally in Melbourne. He received his Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in 1996. In 2001, he completed more surgical training in London and received membership to the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS).
Parminder was then accepted as a Research Registrar and completed two years of supportive research in design and clinical evaluation of new hip replacements at the prestigious University of London where he received his Master of Surgery (MS). Appointed on to the Oxford Specialist Registrar Training Programme in 2003, Parminder completed his orthopaedic training in 2008 and obtained his Fellowship to the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Tr & Orth).

Professor John O’Donnell, President of the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy 2013-2014, is one the highest volume hip arthroscopy surgeons in the world. Dr. Parminder Singh undertook a fellowship with Professor O’Donnell in 2008 specialising in Hip Arthroscopy and Anterior Muscle Sparing Total Hip Replacement surgeries.

London, United Kingdom
Parminder’s special interest in bone and muscle sparing surgery, saw him travel to the United Kingdom to undertake a second fellowship at the Elective Orthopaedic Centre (EOC). The EOC is the highest volume elective joint replacement centre in the United Kingdom and it was here that he was led by the revered Professor Richard Field, President of the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy 2016-2017, in a Hip Arthroscopy and Bone Conserving Joint Replacement Surgery Fellowship.
